If you're interested in pursuing a career in real estate then Alfa Realty is the place you want to be.

The first course that you take is called a pre-license course.  This course is to educate you on the law and theory of Alabama real estate.  It is a requirement of the Alabama Real Estate Commission.

The cost of this class is $399 which includes: 

1. Class room pre-license 60 hour course meeting once a week on Monday nights at Alfa Realty for 15 weeks at 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
2. All required textbooks.
3. The required 30 hour Post license on-line course for only $75 through the Alabama School of Real Estate.
4. NO CHARGE for the first 15 hours of continuing education in the class room through the Alabama School of Real Estate.
